North Korea Commissions Second Choe Hyon-Class Guided-Missile Destroyer

The Korean People’s Navy has commissioned its second Choe Hyon-class guided-missile destroyer, Kang Kon (52), featuring 88 VLS cells and advanced phased-array radars.
